Evangelina Arrizón
Founding attorney
I handle family petitions and green cards, mostly in Spanish, for families from Delano to Arvin.
My parents picked grapes outside Lamont for twenty years before a lawyer in town helped my father get his green card. I was nine, and I remember that she explained everything to him in Spanish, slowly, twice.
I started Arraigo Law Group to be that kind of lawyer for Kern County. I take the family cases: spouses, parents, children, waivers and the long consular interviews. I'm also the one who keeps the first-Monday file review on the calendar, because a case that's waiting still needs someone watching it.
What I handle
- Family petitions
- Green cards
- Consular processing
