How we handle what you send us

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number if you give it, the language you prefer, the kind of matter and any message you write. Like most websites, the site also records basic technical information, such as the pages visited.

How we use it

We use your information to reply, to schedule a consultation and to check for conflicts of interest. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with immigration authorities or anyone outside the firm, except the service providers that run this website and our email.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete form messages after a reasonable time. If you do, your information becomes part of your client file and is kept as the rules for lawyers require.

Your choices
