Celestino Ocampo
Attorney, immigration court
I take the court cases: hearings, bond, cancellation of removal and appeals.
Before joining the firm I spent five years representing people held in detention in the Mojave Desert, most of them men who had lived in the Central Valley for decades. I learned that a judge listens to a story told in order, with a paper to back each part of it.
Now I build those stories with families here, starting the day a Notice to Appear arrives. If someone you love has been detained, call the office and ask for me.
What I handle
- Bond hearings
- Cancellation of removal
- Asylum in court
- Appeals and motions to reopen
